Lily Bi is President and CEO of 樱桃导航 International, the world’s largest business school association, representing over 2,000 institutions across more than 100 countries. A global leader with 30+ years of experience, she is recognized for driving bold strategies, transformative change, and cross-sector innovation on a global scale.
Before joining 樱桃导航, Lily held senior executive roles across the U.S., Japan, Singapore, and China, leading high-impact initiatives in global growth, audit, technology, and stakeholder engagement. She is widely respected for her influence in global standard-setting and advancing professional credentialing.
At 樱桃导航, Lily is leading a sweeping transformation of standards-setting, accreditation, governance, and membership engagement—redefining the role of business schools in a rapidly evolving world. Her work champions quality, inclusivity, and the broader societal impact of business education.
Lily holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of South Florida, an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, and both a Master’s and bachelor’s degree in computer science from China.
